The recently refurbished art room offers students an opportunity to showcase their artistic masterpieces, whilst being guided by our specialist art teacher.

Our canteen provides students with balanced nutrition, helping them carry out their physical and learning activities throughout the day.

The outdoor covered areas are extensive and allow for outdoor learning.

The library is filled with enjoyable texts, both fiction and non-fiction.

St Mel’s utilises a range of technologies to support teaching and learning and prepare students to be active and responsible digital citizens.

The hall is a multipurpose and flexible space. The hall serves as a large space for students and families to gather for assemblies, musical and stage performances, liturgies, and other school events.

Outside spaces provide opportunities for students to play and build strong relationships with their peers. Students learn about sustainability and stewardship through tending to the garden areas and caring for the school environment.

The Music room is a place of joy and inspiration. Students are instructed by a specialist Music teacher, utilising various instruments, and extending their musical expertise.

Our Outdoor Garden gives our students a ‘hands-on’ opportunity to experience the thrill of planting, growing and eating food they have grown themselves. Students learn about sustainability and stewardship through tending to the garden areas and caring for the school environment.

OSHC provides before and after school care for our students.  It is provided in our Parish Hall after school and at Campsie Public School before school. It has a caring and motivated team that provides a range of activities for the students.
